Launch the Final Report of the London Child Poverty Commission, Capital Gains.  The aim was to publicise                               recommendations for reducing child poverty in the capital. The launch prompted an immediate response from the                     then Labour minister for Employment & Welfare Reform, promising more action on the issues raised in the report.
